SwingMark is a video recording and review app for practicing athletes. This policy explains, plainly, what happens with your data.
SwingMark does not collect, store, or transmit your data anywhere. Everything — your recordings, your marked moments, your settings — stays on your device.
SwingMark uses your device's camera and microphone only to record video you start yourself. That video is saved directly to your device's local storage, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded to a server, because SwingMark doesn't have one.
Nothing, unless you explicitly choose to export or share a video — for example, using the Share button to save a clip to your Camera Roll or send it in Messages. That action is always something you initiate; SwingMark never exports or shares on its own.
If you use the SwingMark Apple Watch app, your phone and watch communicate directly with each other (via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework) to start recordings, mark moments, and preview the camera. This stays between your own two devices — it never goes anywhere else.
SwingMark offers a one-time purchase to remove the export watermark. This is processed entirely through Apple's App Store — SwingMark never sees or stores your payment information.
If you use the "Send Feedback" option in the app, it opens your device's own Mail app with a message addressed to the developer. Sending it is entirely up to you, and it goes through your own email account, not through SwingMark.
SwingMark does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy ever changes, an updated version will be posted at this same page with a new "last updated" date.
